Our CCMA representation can change the outcome of your case

We are your legal representative at the CCMA

The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) specialises in resolving disputes between employers and employees in accordance to the Labour Relations Act, 66 of 1995. The CCMA acts as an independent body, this means it does not belong to and is not controlled by any political party, business or trade union.

Every so often, it happens that an internal disciplinary hearing does not settle a dispute between an employer and employee. The next step, is going to the CCMA. Once a party has been called to the CCMA, the first step they would need to take is to seek advice and CCMA representation.

The team of legal professionals at Labour Law Experts are trained and experienced in all matters relating to the CCMA. We will give you all the legal advice you need when going to the CCMA, and we will also act as your legal representative during a CCMA hearing.

Aside from the legal counsel and CCMA representation we offer, we will also guide our clients with regard to the documentation that needs to be administered under the CCMA process.
